Delete Your Shopela Account

We are sorry to see you go! You can delete your account and all associated data by following the steps below:

• Open the Shopela app and go to Account > Delete Account.
• If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at mobifesttechnologies@gmail.com.

Once your request is processed, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 7–30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., for transaction records).
